Gogol. The Beginning

The year 1829. A Section clerk, nikolay Gogol, is so desperate: so he keeps buying entire print runs just to burn off them all his books seem shallow and fair. He fights to keep on working and is suffering from epileptic seizures that are violent out. Investigator Yakov Guro witnesses one fit and understands that Gogol's fantasies include clues which might help solve crimes. Gogol and Guro take on a baffling and weird case which attracts them where everyone has a secret to cover up.
