Ice Cube returns as Craig Jones, a person from South Central Los Angeles who has a knack for getting in to trouble. This time outside, Craig continues to be attempting to outsmart neighborhood bully Debo (Tommy"Tiny" Lister Jr.). Debo is determined to flatten Craig in a rematch, after Craig gets the better of Debo in a fistfight. Looking to remain out of Debo's way, Craig's daddy decides that it would have been a great idea for Craig to hideout with his Uncle Elroy and cousin DayDay in Rancho Cucamonga... but trouble appears to get him also.
