The French Revolution

A history of the French Revolution by the decision of This king to convene the Etats-Generaux from 1789 so as to deal with the debt problem of France. The first portion of the movie tells the story from 1789 before August 10, 1792 (when the King Louis XVI lost his authority and has been placed in prison). The next part includes the narrative at the conclusion of the terror in 1794, involving the deaths by guillotine of both Louis XVI, marie antoinette, Danton, and Desmoulins.
