The Rifleman of the Voroshilov Regiment

A post-Soviet era that is very typical storyline. A bunch of vagabonds enticed an innocent teenaged girl for his apartment, offered her a beverage, intimidated gang raped her. Local cops are incapable to tackle an adequate action against the scoundrels - prevented by the superior leader of the native authorities, who is the daddy of the scumbags. The case is closed. The grand dad tired of an infinite circumlocution of the girl decides to take revenge .
