Two Lives

Europe 1990, the Berlin wall has only crumbled: Katrine, increased in East Germany, but now residing in Norway for the last twenty years, is just really a"warfare child". The end result of a love affair between a Norwegian woman and a German job soldier during World War II. She enjoys a contented family life with her husband her mother, daughter and grand daughter. But when a lawyer asks her and her mother to watch in a trial against the Norwegian state on behalf of these warfare kiddies, she hates. Gradually, a web of concealments and secrets is discharged, before Katrine has become stripped of what, and her loved ones are made to have a stand: Exactly what conveys more weight, the life they have lived together, or perhaps the lie it's dependant on?
