Remember WENN

Remember WENN is a television series that aired in the cable channel American Movie Classics from 1996 to 1998. Written and created by Rupert Holmes and place in the literary Pittsburgh radio station WENN in 1940s , it depicted events from the lives of the staff in the age of their station before and during World War II. It is not linked to the real radio channel in Alabama known as"WENN" in 1997 to 2008. The series name is a play on the word"remember when". The series ran for four seasons 56 episodes, including an hour-long xmas episode. When new management took over AMC the series had been designed to get a season, however, had been cancelled. Holmes claims that it had been his favorite writing experience in his career.
