If you cook slow and low then it's possible to use all sorts of rubs and smoking agents to infuse the food you can't escape from an oven. In terms of high temperature grilling, your grill places out much more warmth than your Stove Top and that means you can find this terrific charring and searing, just like in a restaurant."
