The personality Noriko Saru is actually a Japanese reporter who matches Finnish men and women that are famous. The premise of this joke is that Noriko will not speak English. The celebrity usually can't know her questions. Mäenpää removes her wig, glasses and false teeth at the end of the interview, even after having a picture of herself face down, saying that it is Noriko.
