Speed Racer: The Next Generation
Speed Racer: The Next Generation is an animated television show based on the Speed Racer franchise, in which the events take place decades after those from the 1967 show. It is the fourth television adaptation of this franchise, and it is executive produced Ken Katsumoto, Larry Schwarz, also by Lions Gate Entertainment. It's the first Nicktoon not to become based on a first property. Animation Collective produced the series, even whilst the Flash character animation has been managed with all the now-defunct Collideascope Studios as their past project. The very last episode of Season 1 features the voice of NASCAR racer Jeff Gordon, who plays with Turbo McCalister.
The show has been partially made to promote the picture, and the pilot movie was released on Nicktoons Network on May 2, 2008, a week before the feature film adaptation was released in theaters. Yet, both projects were produced separately in the other person and included different productions of"Speed Racers", though both comprised a Mach 6. Five Fragrant specials aired on Nickelodeon in March 14, 2009 into April 1 1, 2009.
A season began airing on March 24, 2011. Layout the animation, and 3D effects were out sourced to Toonz Entertainment in India. After his death, Greg Abbey substituted the functions of Peter Fernandez.
