The Octopus

La Piovra is an Italian Television drama miniseries about the Mafia. The narrative was Sandro Petraglia. Luigi Perelli designed the production. The sound track was Riz Ortolani and later by Ennio Morricone, who went on to write music. Aztec International Entertainment, together with English subtitles, having been aired on the Special Broadcasting Service television channel has released in Australia on DVD Each of of 10 series. It was broadcast on MHz Networks at the United States. The initial three show were displayed on Channel 4 in the UK. The TV drama was wildly successful from the USSR, where it appeared on state TV in 1986 and in Bulgaria, where's also looked in the ending of the 1980s bg:???????, offering into the audiences of both countries excitement and dark drama from beyond the Iron Curtain. La Piovra was additionally shown in 1987--1988 in Western Albania, where it turned into a huge hit and remains to date.
