House on the Edge of the Park

Alex (David Hess) can be a meaty black thug driving around nyc during the night if he spots a young woman (Karoline Mardeck) driving alongside him. The woman is followed by him to a local playground where he dismisses her off, gets from his vehicle, and runs into hers where he proceeds to cruelly kiss her and throws her to the back seat. He takes her locket as a trophy to the next of the most killings.
