Starlight Promises

Shoma Mihara, a freshman in high school, receives a message that is sudden from his friend Atsushi inviting him to meet at a festival that is mystical. Was not able to contact Atsushi for three 5 years, Shoma heads to join the Starlight Festival, in a deserted mountain town and jumps at the chance. There, Shoma searches for Atsushi but finds no trace of him. Alternatively Shoma and Shiori, a new woman who's also on the lookout for someone meet. The manager of this Starlight Festival, kana, assures Shoma which he'll be able to get back until the celebrations end with Atsushi. Both the Shiori and Shoma end up helping with preparations, and then get themselves pulled deeper and deeper into a series of strange happenings. Will Shoma find a way to fulfill his beloved buddy...?
