The Edge of Heaven

Nejat seems disapproving Ali's choice of prostitute Yeter for a live-in girlfriend. But he grows fond of her when he discovers she sends money home to Turkey on her daughter's university studies. The abrupt death of yeter distances dad and boy. Nejat travels to Istanbul to Hunt for Yeter's daughter Ayten. Political activist Ayten is in Germany and has now fled police. A woman, Lotte, who invites rebellious Ayten to remain in her home not pleasing for her mother Susanne befriends her.
