The First Beautiful Thing

The movie tells the story of the Michelucci family, from the nineteen-seventies into present: the fundamental character is that the stunningly beautiful Anna, Bruno and Valeria's lively, frivolous and sometimes embarrassing mother. Everything begins in the Summer of 1971, at the annual Summer beauty pageant held in the most popular bathing establishment of Livorno. Anna is unexpectedly crowned"Most Beautiful Mother", unknowingly stirring the violent envy of her partner. After that, the family strikes against and for Anna,'' Bruno and his sister Valeria, it's the beginning of an experience that will only end thirty decades later. Bruno ultimately eventually ends up surviving in Milan. He'll return at the conclusion of the picture to be in the side of his mother throughout her very last days.
