The Human Centipede (First Sequence)

When their car breaks down in the forests during a stop over in Germany in the center of a road trip through Europe, two girls find themselves at night. Looking in a hallway, they are wooed into the clutches of a retired surgeon who explains his vision that was crazy for his captives' utter horror. They are to be the subjects of his sick life dream: to be the very first to get in touch people, anyone to another, and so contribute about life"the human centipede."
