The Messenger

Will Montgomery (Ben Foster), a U.S. Army Staff Sergeant That has returned home in Iraq, is assigned for the Army's Casualty Notification service. Montgomery is partnered with Captain Tony Stone (Woody Harrelson), to provide notice to the families of fallen soldiers. The Sergeant is attracted to Olivia Pitterson (Samantha Morton), to whom he's given news of her spouse's departure.
