A Cook's Tour
A Cook's Tour can be a traveling and food series that aired on the Food Network. Host Anthony Bourdain visits cities and tropical countries worldwide at which he is treated by hosts into cuisine and culture.
Two seasons of episodes were stated in 2000 and 2001 and aired first-run at 2001 and 2002 at the U.S. on the Food Network. At the summer of 2008, the meals Network ceased rerunning the string and rolled out a totally authenticated site omitting all but a single mention to Anthony Bourdain from March 2008 entitled,"Anthony Bourdain's Rant", branded under Food Network themes"veggies" and also"simmer," likely because of the emergence of Bourdain's similarly themed current series, No Reservations, on sister network Travel Channel. Questar Entertainment introduced a DVD box set of A Cook's Tour on DVD. Eating on the Mekong, the episode TB1A04 is being missed by early versions with the DVD box collection. Replacement DVDs are available in Questar starting 2012, in February. By March, 2012 episodes of A Cook's Tour have started airing on the Travel Channel.
