Pets

Pets is an adult British Army sitcom, produced by Fit2Fill Productions Limited. It was aired on Channel 4 and also then ran for 2 series, the next in 2002, as well as first being aired in 2001. It was sold at Australia, MTV from Italy, and the Middle East to Fox. The collection Was Made and written by Andrew Barclay and Brian West, who had worked together at the Edinburgh Festival, winning an award for an ad for The Jerry Springer Show, and on the sketch series We All Know Where You Live. A total of 26 episodes of squirrels were also aired. These were shown in early hours of the afternoon, even though it did develop a substantial cult following, and as a result, the show was fairly not known. There is a demand on the official internet site for Pets. Eventually a limited edition DVD was made available to purchase via the official site. In addition to both show, the DVD comprised two unbroadcast episodes, also a clip series termed"The Annals Of Hamish", and a behindthescenes special termed"The Making of Celebrities". Episodes of grandparents are available as a podcast downloadable via iTunes. This season, an identical series termed Mongrels aired on BBC3, sparking controversy between the two. Although Pets had four characters while Mongrels'd five the casts of characters inside those 2 shows are almost similar also. Mongrels' range of locations is far more diverse, whereas Pets is confined to one flat.
