The Half Brother

Revolving across screenwriter Barnum Nilsen's life, The Half Brother is actually a family saga that offers a parable of 20th century Europe. On Day, May 1945, as a continent emerges against war, an unknown man rapes in her attic in Oslo Barnum's mum Vera, leading to the birth of Barnum's half brother. After Barnum has been born to the man that Vera married and has met, '' the Nilsen family is already splitting in two. Growing up throughout the Cold War -- Barnum Fred, along with his father searching because of his -- the half-brothers eventually become Fred and estranged disappears. At the film festival at Berlin in 1990, since the Wall is still coming down, Barnum learns that Fred has came back. Finally, because Fred's father's true identity arrives to light, the two brothers may once again be reunited.
