Today's Special was a Canadian children's television show created by Clive VanderBurgh in TVOntario from 1981 to 1987. Additionally, it ran on also the Values and Faith Channel/Odyssey and Nickelodeon as well as PBS stations across the United States. It was set in a department store, based on the location of those Simpson's in Toronto. Sequences for it were shot in the Queen Street West and Yonge Street store.
